These Terms of Use govern the MINK mobile applications and theminkapp.com. By using the Platform, you agree to these Terms.

Governing law: Laws of the Republic of Azerbaijan
1. Definitions
- Platform means the MINK apps and theminkapp.com;
- User means a natural person using the Platform;
- Business User means a venue owner or staff member using Mink Business;
- Venue means a registered restaurant, cafe, or food-service business;
- Maira means the MINK AI assistant;
- NamNam means an in-platform bonus unit.
2. Platform Usage
2.1 Registration
- You must be at least 13 years old.
- You must provide accurate and complete information.
- Account security is your responsibility.
- Each person may have only one account.
2.2 Prohibited conduct
- False registration information;
- Creating accounts for others without permission;
- Fake reviews or rating manipulation;
- Spam, abuse, threats, or discrimination;
- Interfering with platform infrastructure;
- Abusing the reservation system.
3. Reservation Service
3.1 Reservations
- Reservations are created through the app.
- Each reservation may receive a unique confirmation code.
- Venues may set their own reservation rules and party limits.
3.2 Deposits and payments
- Some venues may require deposits.
- Deposit amounts are shown during reservation.
- Payments are processed by a third-party provider.
- MINK does not store full card numbers or CVV.
- Deposit and refund rules follow the applicable venue policy.
3.3 Cancellation and no-show
- Cancellation rules are set by each venue.
- No-show and refund issues follow the displayed policy.
- Disputes may be sent to support@theminkapp.com.
4. NamNam
- NamNam is not real money; it is an in-platform bonus unit.
- It may be used only inside the Platform.
- It cannot be cashed out or transferred.
- MINK may update NamNam rules with notice.
5. Reviews and Content
- Reviews must reflect real experiences.
- Spam, abusive, misleading, or unlawful content may be removed.
- You keep ownership of uploaded content but grant MINK a license to display it on the Platform.
6. Maira AI Assistant
- Maira provides advisory recommendations and does not guarantee outcomes.
- Do not share card numbers, passwords, or sensitive information with Maira.
- Chat messages may be sent to AI providers to generate responses.
7. Business Users
- Business Users are responsible for venue profiles, menus, prices, opening hours, and legal information.
- Commissions, subscriptions, and special terms may be governed by separate agreements.
- MINK may suspend or deactivate venues that violate the rules.
8. Account Suspension and Deletion
Accounts that violate these Terms may be suspended or banned. Users may request deletion; some records may be retained where legally required.
9. Intellectual Property
The MINK name, logo, design, software code, and content are MINK intellectual property. Unauthorized copying, distribution, or modification is prohibited.
10. Limitation of Liability
MINK is an intermediary platform between users and venues. Venues are responsible for service quality and the information they provide. MINK does not guarantee uninterrupted service or AI response accuracy.
11. Force Majeure
MINK is not liable for delays or interruptions caused by events outside its control.
12. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Azerbaijan. Disputes should first be resolved through negotiation; otherwise they are submitted to the courts of Baku.
13. Changes
MINK may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means acceptance of the updated Terms.
